CIVIL WAR-MARCHING

Being a soldier during the Civil War was not easy.  
Marching and drilling were a common part of daily life for many men. 



Telegraph operators were extremely important.  The telegraph was an efficient way to send and receive messages before telephones were invented.  Messages were sent and received using Morse Code and had to be decoded by an operator.
